-In 666 yk. the Gnomes with the help of the Dwarfs pushed back Orcs into the Mourning Lands. Running into the humans now who were trying to push east, halted their advance. The Humans, who took to the Orc warrior mentality, joined together to make a force to reckon with, starting The Khorvaire War.
-In 759 yk. the Humans had pushed into the Talenta Plains, while the Orcs held the main force at the Field of Ruins. The Humans decided to make a bold move and cut the supply lines to the Dwarven supply lines. They destroyed the lines but left themselves stuck in the middle of the Blade Desert. The bulk of the Human forces starved in the desert never making it Keth.
-In 803 yk. Dragnaut and his Orc army who were holding back the full might of the Gnomes and Dwarfs luck ran out. He meet his end at the battle of Whitehearth to a Gnome Golem. Without Dragnaut the orc line quickly feel apart. A power gap had been created and the Orcs soon challenged each other for leadership in fights to the death. What was left of the Gnome Dwarven forces retreated and let the Orcs kill themselves.
-In 855 yk. The Khorvaire War had ended. Neither faction winning the war and only filling The Mourning Lands with souls who now haunt the land. People started to trade with other factions and many areas became mixed race. In the following years Karrnath was built up as the trading the main trading post. Each nation bringing their own specialties to sell. Thrane was developed from the many humans who disapproved the King’s warrior mentality. They started their own nation becoming the first democracy.
-It is now 998 yk. And Korth is having its annual Tournament for the Great Exchange. Warriors come for glory in battle and Merchants come for rarities from different reaches of the Continent.
Khorvaire, the Envied
-In 0 yk. or the Years of Khrovaire, the Dwarfs emigrated over an ice bridge from Sarlona to the Lhazaar Principalities. They were driven away from the water from some monster and took refuge in the Hoarfost Mountains. They found something in those mountains that lead them start a great series of mine shafts.
-In 87 yk. the Elves in the Eldeen Reaches, who were native to Khorvaire, were at war with evil beings to their north. It was an Ancient War where Gods on both sides would send their servants to battle. The Gnomes got the God’s interest and they ended the war by raising the Icehorn Mountains from the ground.
-In 118 yk. many Gnomes sailed to Valenar from the Aerenal islands to escape ancient creatures. The Gnomes forsakened the Gods by turning to science and soon felt the Gods wrath. The Gnomes that made it to Khorvaire have kept to their philosophy and are preparing for their own vengeance.
-In 262 yk. the Humans sailed to Khorvaire landing in Zilargo from west Xen'drik. They were the late comers but quickly grabbed their stake of land in Khorvaire. They soon ran into the elves and with envy tried to take the Enriched Groves from them. After being quickly defeated they turned to the East.
-In 399 yk. a lost Orc ship from unknown origins ended crashed on the Darguun coast. The Orcs quickly were on the prowl and built a grand army under the strongest war boss ever Dragnaut. To keep the Orcs bloodlust Dragnaut launched a campaign to take the eastern lands. The soon ran into the Gnomes that meet their brute force with fierce machines.
-In 465 yk. the Dwarfs joined the Gnomes in their war. The Dwarves had been busy building The Great Krona Halls. They had miles of underground tunnels where they had mined Glow Stones. The dwarfs used these stones for light sources but to the Gnomes they were a power source to their machines. A strong trade grew and Dwarfs went to war to protect their investment.
-In 584 yk. the Elves grew curious on what layed beyond their beloved forest. Without the war keeping them busy they traveled into the Shadow Marches. There they found an epidemic just as bad as the Ancient War. A plague spread from the marches turning their own people into abominations. The Elves built forts all around the marches to quarantine the infection. They also started a college in Aundair whos original purpose was to find a cure for the plague.
